lntruderprufetm is the brand name for clear laminated safety and security glass solutions manufactured for improved security and designed to be significantly more difficult to penetrate. It has the appearance of monolithic float glass but up to 10 times the penetration resistance.
Intruderprufe® is manufactured under ISO 9001:2000 quality management standards and complies to the requirements of SANS 1263 Parts 1 & 2 as applicable to NS, HPR and HI strengths respectively.
Sizes and thicknesses are available on request. Recommended maximum size will depend on application and design load.

Intruderprufetm is tested by repeatedly dropping a 225g steel ball from a height of nine meters. The impact of each drop could be equated to a blow from a hand wielded hammer. The table shows the number of blows required to penetrate the glass.
